Rates
- Lincoln Gear Company will cover shipping for domestic orders over $100
- Orders under $100 are available to ship $7 flat rate to lower 48 US States and APO/FPO
Timing
- Shipping takes place weekdays from 0900-1500 US Mountain time (excluding holidays) and ship from Clovis, NM.
- Orders placed before 11AM US Mountain time should ship within 2 business days from the time they are placed.

Orders placed after 11AM, or placed during a holiday may be delayed by 1 business day.
International Shipments
DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, which will be due at time of delivery. These charges are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. For additional information please contact your local customs office. Also please be aware of any commodity specific import regulations or restrictions that might affect your shipment.
Freight/Shipment Forwarding Services
We understand the cost of international shipping can be prohibitively expensive, and intermediary shipment forwarders offer an inexpensive alternative. Our experience with the majority of these providers has been problematic and has driven up the cost of doing business as a result of frequent mishaps with shipments. Lincoln Gear Co., LLC reserves the right to decline international orders going through these intermediary shipping forwarders.
Lincoln Gear Co., LLC will not consider any returns, shipping errors, or lost shipments for orders shipping through intermediate forwarders. We will be happy to honor exchanges or shipping errors for orders that ship directly to international customers. Please note details on returns and exchanges below, and let us know if you have any questions regarding this policy by calling or emailing us.

Returns/Exchange Shipping
Customer is responsible for both inbound and outbound shipping costs.
Shipping Claims
UPS
Lincoln Gear Co., LLC will assist in initiating claims for International UPS shipment lost in transit. We are unable to help with claims for shipment shown as Delivered by UPS.
USPS
Lincoln Gear Co., LLC will not be able to initiate claims on USPS orders shipped internationally, as responsibility for these shipments falls to the postal service of the destination country once it crosses the border.

How can I track my shipment?
Tracking information will be emailed shortly after we generate a shipping label for your package.
My delivery did not arrive as scheduled. What should I do?
Please contact us directly if you have not received your order within the expected time frame for delivery. UPS claims can be initiated after 48 hours of inactivity and are usually resolved within 8 business days (international orders may take additional time).
Orders sent via USPS (First Class excluded) are tracked by the US Post Office, and insurance claims are filed through a third party provider. The soonest we can file a claim is 30 days after the original shipment date for domestic orders and 45 days for international orders (60 days for orders shipped to Italy).
I need to cancel or change my order but have already received a shipping confirmation. Is it already too late?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to orders that have shipped.
